Civil 3D: Create Point Station Offset

Civil 3D မှာ Station/Offset နည်းနဲ့ Point ဖန်တီးတာကို လေ့လာပေးပါအုံးခင်ဗျာ။ 

 I think it's more easy and useful for us. Basic need is only one line.
